Eternally chic, Saint Laurent's Winter 2023 Men's collection, designed by Anthony Vaccarello, did not disappoint during Paris Fashion Week. The collection featured a mix of sleek, tailored garments and bold statement pieces which can be described as modern with an edgy twist.
“It was inspired by those years at Yves Saint Laurent when everything started from the shoulder,” Vaccarello explained backstage. “I really want to keep that line.”
The collection showcased Vaccarello's take on elegance and refinement, featuring a combination of towering coats, exaggerated broad shoulders, belted waists, Cache-coeur draped tops, overstated bows, funnel necks, pairings of soft velvet and delicate chiffons with dark leathers.

The designer also incorporated many vintage-inspired pieces, such as a velvet blazer and high-waisted trousers, which lent a retro feel to the collection. "Anthony Vaccarello continues to impress with his ability to blend vintage and modern elements in a way that feels fresh and new," said Harper's Bazaar's Brooke Bobb.
